If you use gmail or any of the google document products (that is, you have a google account), then you can add the VBPC calendar to your calendar view. This will enable you to see VBPC events right from your calendar, and it will give you the capability to receive reminders about upcoming events. Google even gives you great flexibility over how you receive your reminders, such as how often, how early, and what means (email, text message, pop-up notification on your computer, etc).
If you would like to add the vbpc calendar to your personal calendar, just "Add a friend's calendar" and use "calendar@vbpc.org" as the email address.
Step 1, under "Other Calendars" on the left side, click on the "Add" link, then choose "Add a friend's calendar".
Step 2. Enter "calendar@vbpc.org" and then click "Add".
Step 3. Well, there is no step three. You should see the calendar events in the current view. Try the monthly view so you can see the whole month. If you want to temporarily hide the VBPC events from your calendar view, then just click on the shaded title in the "Other Calendars" panel.
If you want to add notifications to your calendar, click on the "Settings" link at the top right corner of the page. Choose the Calendars tab and then click on the notifications link for the VBPC calendar.

Oh, if you have an event that you would like added to the calendar, then just let one of the board members know about it and we will be sure to get it on the calendar.
